• Have authority to act on behalf of your organization
• Provide accurate and complete information

Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under their account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use OnePurpose.io only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content
• Violate applicable communication, privacy, or fundraising laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misuse messaging features or bypass consent requirements

OnePurpose.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Donations, Payments & Billing

OnePurpose.io facilitates donations and payments through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe).

• io does not store full payment card or bank account details
• Organizations are responsible for their own tax, reporting, and compliance obligations
• Fees, pricing, and billing terms are presented at checkout or within the platform

All payments are subject to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

5. Communications (Email & SMS)

Organizations using OnePurpose.io are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from contacts
• Complying with SMS, email, and communication laws
• Managing opt-ins and opt-outs

OnePurpose.io provides tools to support compliance but does not guarantee legal compliance for organizational use.

6. Data Ownership & Responsibility

• Organizations retain ownership of their data
• io does not claim ownership over donor or supporter data
• Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content

Upon account termination, organizations may request data deletion, subject to legal obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, design, and content provided by OnePurpose.io are the intellectual property of OnePurpose.io and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

OnePurpose.io may:

• Update or modify features
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
• Discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for interruptions or downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

OnePurpose.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePurpose.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification
